Roof Repair
Missing shingles cause water intrusion through the exposed underlayment and decking. We don't just replace the missing shingle. We check the deck for moisture damage with a Protimeter pin meter, replace any compromised underlayment, and weave new CertainTeed Landmark shingles into the existing pattern.
Storm Damage Repair

Shingle Roofing

Flat Roofing
PVC roofing membrane for Las Vegas restaurants, commercial kitchens, and any rooftop near grease exhaust. PVC resists animal fats and chemical exposure that destroys TPO and EPDM. We install IB Roof Systems and Duro-Last PVC with heat-welded seams and custom-fabricated accessories. Built-up roofing (BUR) with 3-4 plies of fiberglass felt in hot asphalt is still the longest-proven flat roof system with a 30+ year track record in New Mexico.
Commercial Roofing
We install Carlisle SynTec TPO and EPDM membrane systems with full Carlisle manufacturer warranties. Our Las Vegas commercial roofing crews are factory-trained and authorized. TPO seams are hot-air welded at 900+ degrees. The weld is stronger than the membrane itself. Ponding water? We install tapered ISO insulation to create positive drainage per NRCA guidelines.
Gutter Installation
We offer aluminum, copper, and steel gutters for Las Vegas homes. Most folks go with .027 gauge seamless aluminum. It's durable, affordable, and comes in 25+ colors. Copper looks amazing but costs 3-4x more.
